Leadership Core
Leadership Core is a certificate course to train and equip local church members to be effective ministers in their contexts. This is a collaborative initiative of DST in partnership with local churches in Delhi to provide a common platform for church leaders to come together in a united effort to reach the country.
Leadership Core is aimed towards working professionals, students and anyone young or old, involved in ministry and looking to be more equipped in their knowledge and understanding of the Bible, basic theology and ministry skills.

Format
- 12 courses over the year with each course over a month. Each course begins on the 1st of every month with video/readings online. Face-to-Face class with the instructor on the one Saturday of every month (10 am – 6 pm) with in-person (South Delhi) or Zoom option.
- Programme starts from April to March - Applications for Leadership Core 2026-27 are closed. Applications for the next batch from April 2027 to March 2028 will begin in January 2027.
- Cohort System (one group of students for the whole year) with sign-up once a year
- Assigned readings and one short written assignment to be completed by students for each course
- Certificate provided by Delhi School of Theology on successful completion of the course and finishing all course requirements
